DESCRIPTION:NOTICE: Due to the variable nature of construction projects\, the painting schedule may be altered based on how much work is accomplished. Please check back daily for updates. \n1st Floor: The prep work/lead abatement. Special requirements for Lead Abatement: \n\nHanging plastic sheeting along the walkway from floor to ceiling which will enclose the entire area hallway\, but with open entrances at the ends. This protects the painting area from wind and dust as well as protects other nearby areas from old paint lead dust and paint over spray. The protective plastic wall will be in place for the duration of the painting for that area.\nNO CONDO ACCESS from the front entrance during the toxic lead abatement procedures.\nMONDAY\, April 10 to Friday April 14\, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Condo occupants will be able to exit through the Lanai door. Please take extra care to lock up. (You will see the workers in protective Hazmat Suits. Sorry\, we don’t have any extra for Maui Sands residents)\n\n2nd Floor: Painting  \n\nOpen access to condo entrances.\nPainters will be actively working on the exterior walkway\, entrance hallways\, and lanais. Please be careful to\n\nWhere you can rest while waiting for access to your condo: \nThe Tiki Lounge near the swimming pool will be open to anyone who needs to a place to talk story. There are public restrooms for use at the pool. Hanging out at the swimming pool and using the BBQ’s for lunch. \nwww.mauisandscondos.com suggests that it’s a great time to hit the Road to Hana\, pack up and go to our favorite Kaanapali Beach\, or go shopping at Whaler’s Village! \n
